The 4PLEX web based system provided real-time freight and inventory information to headquarters and emergency sites, and it in addition to receiving recognition from state governments, and it was an instrumental piece during hurricane Ike emergency operation saving FEMA and the State Governments millions of dollars in water and ice inventory.
