Videotourist Corp. is a distinguished company located in Orlando, FL. For the past 15+ years they have been on of Disney’s exclusive video service provider and one of the very few to be allowed to take video shooting from guest from inside Disnye’s theme parks.

Last year, Videotourist’s staff came to us with a complex problem. They needed to automated, web based system to to upload, organize, and make web enabled thousands of videos from Disney’s guests. It was not an easy task. The web based system would not only be responsible to upload and handle over 20,000 videos per seasons to be stream online, but it needed to give the company’s staff the tools it needed to segment these videos by travel agency and tour operators. Within only a couple of months of working tirelessly with Videotourist’s staff, Concept Web Solutions was able to deploy an efficient, fully automated system that allows the organization’s internal team to collaborate, upload, manage, and enable content literally overnight. The company’s system is responsible for distributing thousands of videos to virtually MILLIONS of visitors worldwide in a matter of only a couple of months.
